This policy explains how Rental Launch LLC ("Rental Launch," "we," "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you visit rentallaunch.com and when you use the LAUNCH software and property-management service.

The short version

We collect only what we need to run rentals and operate our service. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not run advertising trackers on our website. If you ever want to see, correct, or delete your information, email us at team@rentallaunch.com.

Information we collect

On our website. The website has no account login and no sign-up form, so we do not collect a profile from casual visitors. If you call, text, or email us, we receive your phone number or email address and whatever you choose to share. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested) to keep the site secure and running. The site loads fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google to download them.

In the LAUNCH service. When you use LAUNCH to manage properties, we collect:

Account and contact details for you and your team (name, phone, email).
Property, unit, and lease information you add (addresses, rent amounts, lease dates).
Contact details and messages for the tenants, owners, and vendors you choose to manage through LAUNCH.
Rent and payment records, including amounts charged, paid, and outstanding.

Payments. Card and bank payments are processed by our payment provider, Stripe. We receive confirmation and records of payments, but we do not store full card numbers on our systems.

Messaging. Text messages and calls are sent and received through our telephony provider so that landlords, tenants, and vendors can communicate in one place.

How we use information

To provide, operate, and improve the LAUNCH software and management service.
To send rent reminders, maintenance updates, and account or service messages.
To process payments and keep accurate rent records.
To provide customer support and respond to your questions.
To protect against fraud and keep the service secure.
To meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations.

How we share information

We share information only as needed to run the service:

Service providers that help us operate LAUNCH, such as cloud hosting and database services, payment processing (Stripe), and SMS and voice messaging. They may only use the information to perform work for us.
People you communicate with through LAUNCH, such as your tenants, owners, and vendors, where that is the point of the service.
Legal and safety reasons, when required by law or to protect rights, property, or safety.
Business transfers, if Rental Launch is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers.

If you are a landlord using LAUNCH

You decide what tenant, owner, and vendor information you enter into LAUNCH, and you are responsible for having the right to share it with us. For that information, we act as a processor on your behalf and handle it to provide the service to you.

Data retention

We keep information for as long as you use the service and as needed afterward to meet legal, tax, and accounting requirements, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You can ask us to delete information that we are not required to keep.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards, including encryption in transit and access controls, to protect information. No method of storage or transmission is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

Access, correction, deletion. Email team@rentallaunch.com and we will help you review, update, or delete your information.
Marketing. If we ever send promotional messages, you can opt out at any time.
Text messages. Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving messages from that line.

Children

LAUNCH is for landlords and property managers and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the date at the top of this page.
